As in the case of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.universolorca.com\/en\/obra-literaria\/el-publico\/\"><em>El p\u00fablico (The Public)<\/em><\/a>, the manuscript was given by Lorca to his friend <a href=\"https:\/\/www.universolorca.com\/en\/personaje\/martinez-nadal-rafael\/\">Rafael Mart\u00ednez Nadal<\/a>, who reproduced a photostatic copy of it in 1979. Also preserved is the typed copy with Lorca&#8217;s corrections, the one used for rehearsals with the Club Anfistora.
